Job summary

Job Juncture is seeking a Urogynecologist in Flowood and Madison, Mississippi to provide specialized female pelvic medicine and reconstructive surgery care. The role includes management of pelvic floor disorders with access to surgical robotics and a balanced schedule of clinical days, telehealth from home, and scheduled operating room time.

The ideal candidate is Board Certified or Board Eligible in Female Pelvic Medicine & Reconstructive Surgery, with Mississippi licensure eligibility.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited institution.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Female Pelvic Medicine & Reconstructive Surgery.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care for women with pelvic floor disorders.
• Perform advanced procedures with access to robotic surgery.
• Balance clinical days, telehealth from home, and OR time with minimal call responsibilities.

Position Overview:

• Provide comprehensive care for women with pelvic floor disorders, including urinary and fecal incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, and painful bladder syndrome.
• Perform advanced procedures such as minimally invasive surgeries, vaginal rejuvenation, and mesh repairs with access to surgical robotics.
• Engage in a balanced schedule with clinical days, telehealth from home, and scheduled OR time, with minimal call responsibilities.
• Competitive salary ranging from $400,000 to $600,000 per year, with productivity bonuses based on experience.
