Upbring is seeking an Unaccompanied Refugee Minor (URM) Case Manager to provide comprehensive case management and supportive services for children in foster care and URM programs. You will liaise with referring agencies, maintain licensing, state, and federal standards, and support rapid self-sufficiency for refugees in the state.
The role requires a Bachelor’s in Social Work or related field, 3+ years of experience, and bilingual English/Spanish. Travel up to 40% may be required.

Your Mission in Action
An Unaccompanied Refugee Minor (URM) Case Manager is responsible for providing case management and supportive services to children and youth in foster care and foster families, referred to the URM program. The position is to act as a liaison between the referring agency functioning effectively with moderate supervision following agency standards, state, and federal regulatory requirements. The mission of the Upbring Unaccompanied Refugee Minor (URM) Program is to promote effective resettlement and rapid self‑sufficiency for refugees in the state.
