Averhealth in Kerrville, TX seeks a Male Drug Screening Representative to support recovery by collecting urine samples, maintaining records, and ensuring patients are treated with respect and professionalism.

This entry-level role offers growth opportunities, a full-time schedule (35–40 hours), with shifts Monday–Friday 7:00am–3:00pm and additional site coverage as needed. Benefits include health coverage, 401(k), and earned wage access.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 10 lbs for extended periods.
• Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients at the testing center.
• Conduct observed urine collections with male patients who are complying with probation, completing drug treatment programs, or meeting bond requirements.
• Prepare and ship collected specimens to the Averhealth laboratory.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the testing site.
• Ensure confidentiality and compliance with all company and legal standards.
