Job summary

Transdev in Exeter, Rhode Island seeks an experienced URI shuttle bus driver for the University of Rhode Island shuttle operation. A valid Class C CDL with Passenger Endorsement is required.

This position is paid on a Union payscale with starting pay at $26.67/hr and top rate at $30.10/hr after two years of employment. Responsibilities include safety-focused operations, passenger care, and vehicle vigilance through thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections.

URI CDL Shuttle Bus Driver

We are currently on the lookout for an experienced Bus Driver to join our elite team in Exeter, Rhode Island for our University of Rhode Island shuttle operation. As a key member, you will be entrusted with ensuring safe and comfortable transportation for our passengers, while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and customer service.

The University of Rhode Island shuttle service runs during the University Academic Year.

A Valid Class C CDL (or higher) with Passenger Endorsement is required.

Position Subject to Collective Bargaining Agreement:

• $26.67 - $30.10 (Union Collective Bargaining Agreement payscale)
• Starting pay: $2 6.67 .
• Top Pay Rate achieved after 2 Years of Employment
