Job summary

Griswold Home Care of Durham is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide personalized one-on-one care to clients in their homes. The role offers a flexible schedule, weekly pay, PTO, health and dental insurance, overtime pay, and opportunities for ongoing training and development.

Prior CNA license or 2+ years of home-care experience is preferred. You'll assist with daily tasks, monitor wellbeing, maintain documentation, and report to the office to ensure high-quality care and

• 2+ years of Home Care experience or Active CNA license (caring for a loved one counts)
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Reliable transportation
• Willingness to be trained
• Punctual, dependable, respectful, and passionate about elderly care

Responsibilities

• Assist seniors with daily tasks: bathing, grooming, toileting, etc.
• Perform light housekeeping, meal preparation, and grocery shopping
• Provide care for clients with cognitive impairments
• Maintain accurate documentation and report regularly to the office
• End each day with a sense of pride, knowing you’ve made a difference in the lives of seniors
