Job summary

4th Day Trucking is seeking a CDL-A semi-local driver for no-touch freight across IL/WI/IN/MI/IA/KY with a $2,500 sign-on bonus. You’ll average 800–1000 miles weekly and earn $75,000–$100,000 annually, with home 3–4 times per week.

Compensation includes paid orientation, $245 per unloaded trailer, $70 per backhaul, and $25 per stop. Eligible drivers must have at least 3 months CDL-A experience and pass a hair follicle drug test.

• Clean MVR on record.
• No SAP drivers.

• Average Weekly Pay: $1,500–$1,700


• Annual Earnings: $75,000–$100,000


• $2,500 Sign-On Bonus paid in installments during your first 6 months

• Home 3–4 times per week (typically every other day for a 10-hour break)


• Average 800–1,000 miles per week


• 2 days of paid orientation/training at $150 per day

Route Information

• Semi-local, no-touch freight


• Deliver to Dollar Tree stores throughout Illinois, Wisconsin, Indiana, Michigan, Iowa, and Kentucky

Minimum Qualifications

• At least 3 months of CDL-A experience


• Must pass a hair follicle drug test


• Clean MVR required


• No SAP drivers


• Reliable personal transportation required (trucks cannot be taken home)
