Job summary

Allcare Home Health Agency, Inc. is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide high-quality in-home care services to clients in Durham, NC. You will work one-on-one with clients in home environments, long-term care facilities, and assisted living communities, ensuring personalized support and adherence to care plans.

Location: Durham, NC. Schedule: Mon-Fri, weekends and every other weekend. Shifts include 7AM-7PM, 7PM-7AM, and 1PM-8:30PM.

Qualifications

• Current NC CNA Certification is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Current TB Test is required.
• BLS Certification (American Heart Association) is required.
• Valid Driver’s License is required.
• Current Auto Insurance is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Compassionate, dependable and professional demeanor is expected.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Medication reminders.
• Mobility assistance and transfers.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided.
• Follow individualized care plans and agency policies.
• Vital sign checks.

Allcare Home Health Agency is a locally owned and operated agency that provides a variety of services to clients in their home and community environment.

Agency is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide high-quality in-home care services to our clients. Our caregivers play a vital role in providing one-on-one high-quality, personalized support to individuals in various settings, including long-term care facilities, assisted living communities and home environment.

Location: Durham, NC

Schedule: Monday-Friday, Weekends & Every Other Weekend

Available Shifts: 7AM-7PM, 7PM-7AM, 1PM-8:30PM
