Job summary

Responsibilities

• Accurately diagnose and repair mechanical issues using system diagnostics and testing.
• Perform efficient, high-quality repair work in a timely manner.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and follow all safety protocols.
• Communicate clearly with service advisors, management, and occasionally customers.
• Road-test vehicles to ensure quality completion of repairs.
• Collaborate with technicians, service advisors, parts department, and service manager.
• Stay current with factory training, certifications, and technical education.
