HomeWell Care Services of Chattanooga is hiring dependable 3rd shift caregivers and CNAs to provide non-medical, one-on-one in-home support for seniors.

If you thrive overnight, you’ll focus on safety supervision, nighttime ADL assistance, companionship, and routine morning preparation, with paid training, opportunities for advancement, and a supportive local office team.

Qualifications

• CNAs or state-equivalent certifications preferred.
• Nursing students or experienced caregivers welcome.
• Ability to work overnights and weekends.
• Reliable, communication-oriented and client advocacy.

Responsibilities

• Personal care and attention to activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Overnight companionship, safety support, and fall prevention.
• Toileting, safe transfer/mobility, grooming, and dressing assistance.
• Medication reminders (as permitted by non-medical guidelines).
• Light housekeeping, evening settling routines, and morning breakfast prep.
• Care-plan follow-through, timely documentation, and clear handoff communication.
• Prompt communication with the HomeWell care team.
