Job summary

Black Women's Mental Health Institute seeks a Physician to provide comprehensive primary and urgent care to adults in a secure correctional setting. You will perform clinical evaluations, manage chronic and acute conditions, and apply evidence-based protocols.

You will collaborate with mental health, nursing, and dental teams to coordinate care, document findings accurately, and ensure regulatory compliance while promoting dignity and compassionate care for incarcerated patients.

Qualifications

• Medical training and licensure to practice as a physician.
• Strong clinical judgment in primary and urgent care.
• Experience managing complex medical conditions.
• Proficiency with diagnostic ordering and interpretation.
