Job Description

• 3-5 years experience in collaborating with business to define and document functional requirements for data, reports, analysis, metadata, training, service levels, data quality, or performance
• Interface with the end users to validate requirements and recommend optimized solutions
• Perform system impact analysis, including upstream and downstream impacts
• Collaborate with data architects and BI developers to translate requirements into technical specifications
• Determine and validate potential data sources, and facilitate the creation of a validation plan
• Plan, facilitate, and participate in working sessions with cross-functional resources

Minimum Required Skills / Competencies

• 3-5 years BI analysis experience
• Experience using data warehouse or analytics tools for business purposes
• Experience developing reports using a reporting tool or through data extraction queries
