Business Systems Analyst

Primary Location – Chicago’s North suburbs

Duration: Long Term

Responsibilities

• Perform as a Business Analyst – requirements gathering, meeting facilitation and providing recommendations.
• Work as a systems analyst in creating standardized word templates that can be processed through all client systems.
• Ensure that all client “rules” with regard to document changes etc. are documented and the appropriate process is followed for all client letters.
• Work on additional projects as assigned/discovered.
• Handle Letter Authoring tasks, testing, running SQL queries, creating “If/then statements” and maintain role for a couple of years in the new team.

Technical Requirements

• Microsoft Word Expert – expert user ideally at the systems analyst level.
• Business Systems Analyst/Business Analyst expertise working with “lettering” multiple templates projects.
• Expertise creating word documents that remain formatted regardless of systems.
• SQL Scripting experience.

Knowledge and Abilities

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with technical and non-technical users.
• Ability to bring best practices to this engagement and hit the ground running (excellent consulting skills).
