TLC Care Services LLP in Alaska is seeking a dedicated caregiver who embodies patience, reliability, kindness, flexibility and a keen attention to detail to support elderly clients with daily chores, errands and personal care.

This role involves weekend/shift scheduling, day shifts, on-call duties, and on-site work at multiple locations. CPR/First Aid certifications are preferred and a valid Driver's License is required. A 90-day evaluation may lead to a raise and advancement opportunities.

Hourly rate: $16 - $19.00 (Depends on Experience and Certifications)

There is a performance evaluation done at the end of the first 90 days of employment. If by the end of that period work performance and work ethic are outstanding, you will receive your first raise. There will be more training available at the end of those 90 days as well which gives room for further advancement.
