Job summary

Fast Pace Health is seeking a qualified X-Ray Tech to provide clinical and administrative support under the supervision of a Provider or advanced practice clinician. The role emphasizes accurate image labeling, timely order processing, patient positioning, and collaboration with radiology for over-reads.

Compliance with HIPAA and department policies is essential. The position requires active ARRT and state licensure, CPR and TB/IV certifications, and ongoing professional responsibilities,

Qualifications

• ARRT licensure and active state license are required.
• CPR and TB/IV certifications must be obtained within 60 days if applicable.
• High school diploma or equivalent with CPR credentials.
• Certification/licensure must be active and verifiable.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill responsibilities of Nurse/Clinical Tech and Patient Care Specialist per job description.
• Provide clinical and administrative support to the team.
• Monitor and manage x-ray orders and submissions in a timely manner.
• Assist patient positioning for diagnostic quality and proper imaging labeling.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and health information management standards.
• Review images for provider reads and forward to radiology for over-read.
• Maintain equipment and ensure cleanliness to prevent cross-contamination.
