Qualifications

• At least 1 year veterinary experience, ER or high-volume experience preferred.
• Ability to stay calm, composed, and efficient during a medical crisis.
• Confidence and skill in handling pets, with basic laboratory, pharmacy, and nursing skills.
• Strong communication and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team.
• Flexible schedule, with availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Be a critical support in urgent situations, assisting veterinarians and technicians with hands-on patient care.
• Ensure a seamless workflow during a crisis and medical emergencies.
• Provide a calming presence for clients, assisting with check-ins, payments, and communications with empathy.
• Maintain high standards under pressure with accurate record-keeping and a clean, safe hospital environment.
