Lowcountry Vets at May River in Bluffton, SC is seeking a veterinarian to provide urgent, same-day care for acute illnesses and injuries. You will diagnose and treat a wide range of medical and surgical cases, while helping shape workflows and scheduling for expanded urgent care hours.

Ideal candidates have a DVM/VMD, SC license or eligibility, and strong communication and compassion for animals and owners. Both part-time and full-time schedules are considered.

Formación

• DVM/VMD from an accredited veterinary program.
• Active or eligible South Carolina veterinary license.
• Prior clinical experience required — experienced doctor comfortable managing urgent cases independently.
• Open to part-time or full-time candidates.
• Strong communication and genuine compassion for animals and their owners.

Job Description

What you'll do:

• Diagnose and treat a wide range of medical and surgical cases
• Help establish workflows, protocols, and scheduling as we grow into expanded urgent care hours
• Build trusted relationships with clients and the Bluffton community
• Collaborate with a supportive, experienced team of veterinarians and technicians
