Job summary

Mountain View Veterinary Hospital in Lacey, Washington, seeks an Urgent Care Veterinarian to join our AAHA-accredited, 6-doctor practice. The role can include a mix of General Practice and Urgent Care based on interest, with strong in-house support for advanced, same-day cases.

Responsibilities

• Typical urgent care presentations include ear infections, vomiting, inappetence, lameness, diarrhea, skin conditions, ADRs, and toxicity cases, along with higher-acuity presentations when appropriate.
• Four 10-hour shifts per week.
• Sunday coverage is required.
• Other days are negotiable.
• Hospital hours are 8:00am–7:00pm on weekdays.
• Weekend hours are expanding, with a goal of being open until 7:00pm on Saturdays and 6:00pm on Sundays, offering some flexibility as the schedule evolves.
