Responsibilities

• Assist with in-person triage and patient intake.
• Provide prompt examination, diagnostics, and treatment for urgent care cases.
• Coordinate with referral partners for higher level care as needed.
• Discharge planning and client communication for urgent cases.
• Engage in training of clinical service team members.
• Utilize templates to complete discharges and referrals efficiently.
