Job summary

Priority Pet Urgent Care in Spokane, WA, opens a brand-new state-of-the-art clinic in June 2027 and seeks veterinarians to join at all levels of experience.

We offer a base salary of $125,000–$150,000 plus 22% monthly production, equity available, comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, PTO, parental leave, holidays, flexible scheduling, no overnights, and a supportive DVM mentor network.

Qualifications

• DVM degree from an accredited university and active veterinary license in the state.
• 5+ years veterinary experience.
• Current DEA license/USDA accreditation or obtained upon hire.
• Compassionate leader with team management skills and positive clinic culture.

Responsibilities

• Mentor other veterinarians to provide high quality medicine and expertise.
• Lead and promote a positive clinic culture and act as a team leader.

Our brand-new building and state of the art equipment will provide the space and tools needed to deliver best in service medicine and bridge the gap between primary and emergency care. Most importantly, we provide our doctor partners medical autonomy since they are the experts in medicine, while we provide the support and business solutions based on their goals.

We offer our Veterinarians:

• Base salary of $125,000-150,000plus 22% monthly production. No negative accrual.
