Urgent Care by Ethos - Nashua seeks a DVM to deliver high-quality urgent care for dogs and cats in a fast-paced setting. The hospital operates 7 days a week (9am–8pm), with flexible full-time or part-time options and a strong emphasis on compassionate care.

Qualifications

• DVM or equivalent veterinary degree with eligibility for state licensure.
• Minimum of 3 years’ clinical experience; internship or emergency medicine background is a plus.
• Ability to manage urgent care cases in a fast-paced environment.

Urgent Care DVM opportunity in Nashua, NH
Schedule: Flexible options for full-time (3 12’s per week) or part-time.

We are open 7 days a week from 9am to 8pm. No overnights!

Since opening our doors in March 2023, we have not only grew as a team and a hospital; we have also become an established part of the Nashua community. We are fully equipped to provide high-quality, compassionate care for dogs and cats experiencing non-life‑threatening medical concerns. Our facility features point‑of‑care ultrasound for guided cystocentesis, an in‑house lab, and digital radiography (X-rays) to support fast and accurate diagnostics.

We are also part of the Ethos Veterinary Health network of hospitals, providing our clinicians the opportunity to be part of a larger network, but still maintain our distinctive identity.

In your day-to-day, you will:

• Deliver high-quality urgent care medicine to a diverse caseload of companion animals.
• Evaluate, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for patients presenting with urgent medical conditions, such as wound management, ear infections, vomiting/diarrhea, and euthanasia.
• Work closely with veterinarians, technicians, and support teams to provide seamless, compassionate patient care.
• Communicate clearly and empathetically with pet owners during stressful and emotional situations.
• Contribute to a positive, team-focused hospital culture built on collaboration, mentorship, and continuous learning.
• Support and provide an evidence-based clinical approach.

What You Bring

• DVM or equivalent veterinary degree with eligibility for state veterinary licensure.
• Minimum of 3 years’ clinical experience. Internship or background in emergency medicine are a plus!
• Confidence managing urgent care cases and making sound clinical decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills with a compassionate, client-centered approach.
