Qualifications

• DVM or equivalent degree with Mississippi licensure.
• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills with confidence in urgent care or general practice.
• Ability to work efficiently while maintaining a high standard of care.
• A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for building something new.
• Interest in helping shape the future of a growing urgent care practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide urgent care services including diagnostics, treatment, and minor procedures
• Triage incoming cases and collaborate with support staff to ensure efficient patient flow
• Communicate clearly and empathetically with pet owners during stressful situations
• Contribute to the development of protocols and standards as we grow into a full urgent care model
• Help foster a positive, team-oriented environment during this exciting transition
