Job summary

CityVet Alliance Veterinary Clinic & Urgent Care in North Fort Worth is seeking a Full-time Associate Veterinarian for a hybrid Urgent Care/GP role, with rotating weekends and required surgical experience. Base salary up to $170K plus production, with flexible scheduling and a doctor-owned culture.

You will deliver high-quality care for pets, build lasting client relationships, and contribute to a supportive, collaborative team that values mentorship and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• DVM degree or equivalent required.
• Licensed to practice in the state of Texas or eligible for licensure.
• Collaborative spirit and commitment to high-quality patient care.
• Interest in General Practice and/or Urgent Care medicine.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality medical care to pets in urgent care or GP settings.
• Maintain and grow client relationships within the practice.
• Rotate weekends and participate in hybrid urgent care/GP schedule.
• Support team and contribute to a positive clinic culture.
