You will lead a clinical team, assist veterinarians and technicians, and ensure exceptional client service in a paperless clinic equipped with cloud EMR, digital X-ray, and IDEXX in-house labs.

The role requires hands-on animal handling, ability to multi-task, lift up to 40 lbs, flexible hours including evenings and weekends, and on-site presence.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates professionalism, dependability, healthy and positive communication skills, and the ability to multi-task in a hands-on environment.
• Energetic people-and-pet person with excellent work ethic and social and organizational skills.
• Willing to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Full-time employees may be required to travel for on-site training and onboarding.
• Prior customer service experience.
• Prior experience working with animals in a hospital setting.
• Must be able to lift 40 lbs.
• In-person attendance is essential to support patient care and safety.
