Job summary

TrustCare in Madison, MS is seeking an experienced RN/LPN for our urgent care clinic. This full-time, non-exempt role involves partnering with providers, performing triage, documenting in EMR, and supporting procedures.

You’ll work a 3/2 split rotation, every other weekend, with emphasis on patient safety, accuracy, and teamwork. Mississippi RN licensure and EMR familiarity are required; training on occupational screenings is provided.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Mississippi.
• Experience with EMR systems preferred.
• Ability to assess, plan and evaluate patient care.
• Strong focus on safety protocols and patient service.

Responsibilities

• Triage patients and record vitals with precision.
• Document patient interactions in EMR.
• Administer medications per provider orders.
• Perform in-house clinical and laboratory testing per OSHA/CLIA.
• Assist with minor procedures and sterilize instruments.
• Collect and process lab specimens and coordinate referrals.
• Support a culture of safety and teamwork.
