Ohio State University Physicians is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to join our outpatient team in Dublin, Ohio. You will provide skilled nursing care under physician guidance, collect health data, and develop and implement a comprehensive care plan while educating patients and families.

The role emphasizes collaboration with the healthcare team, adherence to safety and infection control standards, and ongoing patient education to support optimal outcomes.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Nursing from an ACNE/ACEN-accredited program.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing services to patients under the direction of a physician or midlevel provider.
• Collect patient health data, analyze the data to determine diagnoses, identify expected outcomes individualized to the patient.
• Develop a plan of care that prescribes interventions to attain the expected outcomes.
• Implement the interventions identified in the plan of care, and evaluate the patient’s progress toward attainment of the outcomes.
• Work collaboratively with the healthcare team.
• Perform professional nursing work of considerable difficulty including the care of patients as outlined by physicians and the objectives and policies of the organization.
• Provide patient and family health education and health assessment.
