Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or a BSN.
• State RN license required.
• BLS certification required.
• Compassionate, patient-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient triage by taking vital signs and documenting history.
• Assist with patient exams and prepare equipment for testing/procedures.
• Perform blood draws and phlebotomy per safety protocols.
• Administer oxygen therapy and manage airway support as needed.
• Apply 12-lead ECGs and respond to emergency CPR with AED when required.
• Administer immunizations and prescribed medications per protocol.
• Call in prescriptions to patient's preferred pharmacy per provider instructions.
• Handle patient follow-up calls and explain test results/medication changes.
• Collaborate with clinical team and relay patient information to providers.
• Welcome and mentor new clinic staff.
