Job summary

St. Luke's University Health Network is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for Urgent Care. The role delivers nursing care across the life span, including occupational health patients, with collaboration from the care team.

The RN will assess, plan, implement and document care while adhering to hospital policy, Pennsylvania Nurse Practice Act, and the department’s standards. BLS certification and PA RN license are required.

Qualifications

• Licensed Registered Nurse in Pennsylvania.
• BLS certified.
• Experience in occupational medicine and/or urgent care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care for urgent care and occupational health patients.
• Assess, plan, implement, and document patient care per care plans.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and staff to maintain care standards.
• Participate in unit-based performance improvement and staff education.
• Manage day-to-day operations within unit budget parameters.
