Job summary

The Vancouver Clinic, Inc. P.S. is hiring a Nurse RN for our Urgent Care at Columbia Tech Center in Vancouver, WA. You will triage and coordinate patient care, assist with procedures, provide education and support, and advocate for patients from diverse backgrounds.

Qualified candidates hold an active WA RN license (and Oregon license within 60 days), BLS (ACLS/PALS as applicable), and Epic EHR experience. The role offers a varied schedule and competitive compensation and benefits.

Vancouver Clinic is hiring a Nurse RN for our Urgent Care at Columbia Tech Center. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled, compassionate nurse to make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced clinical setting. In this role, you will triage and coordinate patient care, assist with procedures, provide education and support, and serve as a strong advocate for patients from a wide range of backgrounds. You’ll work closely with providers and the care team to deliver timely, high-quality, patient-centered care while demonstrating professionalism, sound clinical judgment, and a commitment to excellence.

Location

Columbia Tech Center (501 SE 172nd Ave – Vancouver, WA 98684)

Schedule

Wednesday, 6.5-hour shift; Thursday and Friday, 12-hour shifts; and every other Saturday and Sunday, 9.5-hour shifts.

Pay Range

• Hiring range generally between $42.69/hour to $55.52/hour, and placement in the range depends on an evaluation of experience.
• Pay Range: $41.85 - $62.78

Differential

• Evenings $3.00/hour
• Saturday/Sunday $2.62/hour

Requirements

• Active unencumbered Washington RN license and/or meeting the requirements of multi-state licensure required.
• Active unencumbered Oregon RN license within 60 days of hire or transfer required.
• Current American Heart Association Health Care Provider BLS CPR certification. (Cardiology requires ACLS)(Pediatrics department requires PALS).
• Experience with an electronic health record, Epic experience strongly preferred.
