Job summary

Redwood Coast Medical Services in California seeks an experienced RN for urgent care to triage, assess, and move care forward in a fast-paced setting. No nights and 10-hour shifts with limited weekends per month.

You will work with a supportive team, prioritize quickly, and practice at the top of your license, with a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, retirement, CME, gym membership, air ambulance coverage, and more.

Qualifications

• Active CA RN license is required.
• Urgent care, ER, or other high-volume clinical experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to prioritize quickly, think critically, and stay grounded under pressure.
