Trinity Health IHA Medical Group is seeking a Radiology Technologist for our Urgent Care team. You will operate diagnostic imaging equipment to obtain quality digital images for physician interpretation and provide patient-focused care in a fast-paced setting.

The role includes aseptic preparation, patient positioning, and entry of orders into the EMR. Bone density work may be involved, with certification timelines specified.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of radiologic technology.
• CPR certification and ARRT registration.
• Bone density certification by ISCD or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.
• 1–2 years of experience helpful but not required.

Responsabilités

• Prepares patients for procedures utilizing aseptic and sterile techniques.
• Positions patients for radiologic examination.
• Performs diagnostic radiographic procedures through the application of ionizing radiation to produce digitized images.
• May operate diagnostic bone density equipment.
• Directly enters medication, laboratory, and/or radiology orders into the electronic medical record system.
