Job summary

Baptist Health Urgent Care in Fort Smith, AR is seeking experienced ARRT Radiology or Limited License X-Ray Techs to join a busy urgent care team. The role covers x-ray testing, patient positioning, documentation, and support for Medical Assistant duties in a fast-paced setting.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma, BLS certification, and AR state X-ray licensure; ARRT certification is preferred. This on-site role offers full-time scheduling with rotating shifts and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience performing radiology procedures and patient positioning.
• Basic patient history taking and vitals documentation.
• Maintains licensure and certification for radiology equipment.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and manage check-in/out flow.
• Operate radiology equipment and develop films.
• Ensure patient safety and radiation protection.
• Document procedures and maintain accurate records.
• Assist with Medical Assistant duties as needed.
• Support front desk tasks and patient transfers.
