Job summary

ConvenientMD in Massachusetts is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to join our urgent care team. You will perform radiologic procedures, assist with clinical tasks, and ensure accurate imaging and diagnoses in a fast-paced environment.

You will triage patients, conduct testing, maintain sterile rooms, and collaborate with radiologists. Travel to multiple locations may be required for full-time staff; you’ll work with a compassionate team committed to HIPAA compliance and patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• ARRT licensure required.
• BLS certification required (AHA/Red Cross); CPR/ACLS online not accepted.
• 1–2 years radiology and patient care experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; able to learn multiple systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and perform radiologic procedures following ARRT and clinic protocols.
• Operate radiographic, fluoroscopic, and portable equipment; ensure radiation safety.
• Position patients for imaging and document studies in EMR and PACS.
• Collaborate with radiologists for study interpretation and coordinate outside imaging requests.
• Switch between RT and Medical Assistant duties; perform triage and vital signs.
• Laboratory and diagnostic testing; point-of-care tests.
• Maintain sterile exam rooms and equipment; HIPAA compliance.
