Job summary

Prisma Health Urgent Care in Columbia, SC is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to provide high-quality X-ray imaging and patient care in a fast-paced urgent care setting.

You will operate radiologic equipment, maintain imaging records, and collaborate with the clinical team to ensure excellent patient experiences. ARRT radiography credential and SC certification are required; BLS certified professionals are preferred.

Qualifications

• ARRT-approved educational program completion.
• Current ARRT credentials in Radiography (R).
• Certification per South Carolina state requirements.
• Active BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality diagnostic X-ray imaging with proper patient positioning and safety.
• Operate and maintain radiologic equipment ensuring accurate results and patient safety.
• Document procedures and manage imaging records in the EMR system.
• Collaborate with clinical team to support optimal patient care and satisfaction.
• Perform vital signs, triage and assist with basic patient care tasks as needed.
• Support front office functions and ensure inventory and supplies are maintained.
