Job summary

Atlanta Urgent Care seeks an experienced Urgent Care Provider (Physician, NP, or PA) with at least 3 years in Urgent Care or Emergency Room settings. The ideal candidate will assess and treat a broad range of acute medical conditions in a fast-paced clinic, with eligibility for state licensure, DEA registration, and BLS (ACLS preferred).

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Urgent Care/ER experience.
• Current, unrestricted state license.
• Current DEA registration.
• Current BLS certification; ACLS preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to independently evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients.
• Comfortable managing acute illnesses, injuries, lacerations, fractures, respiratory conditions, infections.
• Ability to interpret basic laboratory testing, EKGs, and diagnostic imaging.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong commitment to patient satisfaction and quality care.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide urgent care evaluation and treatment for a broad range of acute conditions.
• Interpret basic labs, EKGs, and imaging.
• Document care plans and coordinate with team for patient throughput.
• Maintain high standards of patient safety and quality of care.

Job description

Atlanta Urgent Care (locally physycian owned practive) is seeking an experienced, compassionate, and highly motivated Urgent Care Provider to join our growing team.

We are looking for a Physician, Nurse Practitioner (NP), or Physician Assistant (PA) with a minimum of 3 years of Urgent Care and/or Emergency Room experience who is comfortable evaluating and treating a broad range of acute medical conditions.

Position Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of Urgent Care and/or Emergency Room experience
• Current, unrestricted state license appropriate to your profession
• Current DEA registration
• Current BLS certification; ACLS preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
• Ability to independently evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients
• Comfortable managing acute illnesses, injuries, lacerations, fractures, respiratory conditions, infections, and other common urgent-care presentations
• Ability to interpret basic laboratory testing, EKGs, and diagnostic imaging
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong commitment to patient satisfaction and quality care
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment
