Qualifications

• 3+ years of healthcare leadership experience with knowledge of healthcare business office, insurance operations, ICD-9 and CPT.
• Experience in urgent care and occupational medicine preferred.
• 1 year of healthcare marketing experience preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical and administrative teams to deliver patient care excellence and service.
• Develop and communicate annual center vision and goals.
• Partner with operations to ensure regulatory compliance and workflow efficiency.
• Hire, manage and coach staff; conduct annual performance evaluations.
• Collaborate with marketing to develop center-level marketing strategies.
• Oversee inventory of medical supplies and equipment to meet patient care needs.
• Support Wellstreet mission through leadership, collaboration and core values.
