The ideal candidate will be board-certified and possess strong communication skills. Responsibilities include examining patients, performing minor procedures, and collaborating with advanced practice providers in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Board-certified in Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or Med/Peds.
• Active state medical license required.
• At least 2 years of post-residency clinical experience.
• Experience in urgent care or emergency medicine preferred.
• Proficiency in minor procedures like suturing and reading EKGs.
• Strong communication and listening skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Examine and treat patients with acute conditions.
• Order diagnostic tests and make diagnoses.
• Perform minor procedures and administer vaccinations.
• Document patient progress and coordinate care.
• Supervise and collaborate with PA/NPs.
• Work 8- or 12-hour shifts in a fast-paced setting.

Skills

Board certification in Family Medicine

Active state medical license

2 years post-residency clinical experience

Experience treating patients across all age groups

Proficient in minor procedures

Strong communication skills

Comfort collaborating with advanced practice providers
