Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year of full-time urgent care or emergency medicine experience preferred.
• Experience treating both pediatric and adult patient populations (all ages) required.
• Comfortable with minor procedures (sutures, casts, splints, etc.), and preliminary reads on EKGs and X-rays required.
• Board Certified/Eligible in Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics.

Responsibilities

• Provide urgent care services for adults and children including sore throats, colds, flu-like symptoms, minor injuries and infections.
• Assess patients and direct to the emergency department when more advanced care is needed.
• Deliver a high-quality, patient-centered experience within GoHealth Urgent Care.
