Job summary

UCSF Health-GoHealth Urgent Care seeks a Physician with urgent care or emergency medicine experience to treat both adult and pediatric patients in our welcoming San Francisco community. We are considering full-time, part-time, or PRN schedules, and you’ll provide a wide range of clinical services from sore throats to minor injuries while delivering compassionate care.

Our state-of-the-art centers feature imaging, labs and EPIC EMR.

Qualifications

• One year of full-time Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine experience preferred.
• Experience treating both pediatric and adult patients required.
• Comfortable with minor procedures (suturing, casts) and preliminary reads on EKGs and X-rays.
• Board certification/eligibility in Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics.

Responsibilities

• Treat a wide variety of clinical conditions including sore throats, colds, flu-like symptoms, cuts, sprains and minor infections.
• Assess patients and direct to the emergency department when necessary.
• Deliver an unparalleled patient experience in state-of-the-art GoHealth Urgent Care centers.
