Job summary

TinkBird Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine physician for a permanent Urgent Care position in a multi-site outpatient group in North Carolina and Tennessee. The role features flexible scheduling, strong clinical support, and a focus on patient care in a high-functioning urgent care environment.

Location is Charlotte, NC with a 3-4 day work week and block scheduling; typical hours are 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM on weekdays and 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM on weekends.

Qualifications

ACLS certification is required.
DEA license required.
DOT certification or willingness to obtain.
Civil Surgeon designation or willingness to obtain.
CAQH registration required for credentialing.
Must be eligible for credentialing with major payors.

Responsibilities

Acute care visits in urgent care setting.
School, sports, annual, and pre-employment physicals.
Vaccinations administration.
Interpretation of X-rays and labs.
Minor procedures under local anesthesia.
