Job summary

MercyOne in Des Moines area is seeking physicians with primary care and/or urgent care experience to join our Urgent Care team. The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment, treating a wide range of non-emergent medical conditions.

We offer Day 1 benefits, a 403b retirement plan, and a $30,000 recruitment incentive. Clinic hours are Monday–Friday 7:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m. with weekend coverage; on-site lab and medical imaging are available.

Qualifications

• Primary care and/or urgent care experience.
• Licensed medical doctor (MD/DO) with current credentials is required when applying.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary or urgent care to non-emergent conditions in a fast-paced setting.
• Deliver patient-centered care in a collaborative, community-focused Urgent Care team.
