Job summary

Yale New Haven Health Urgent Care in Branford, CT is seeking a dedicated Advanced Practitioner to join our brand-new facility. You will provide urgent care services, perform suturing and wound management, and collaborate with specialists to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

We offer a $15,000 sign-on bonus, a three-tier annual retention bonus ($5,000 in year 1, $7,500 in year 2, and $10,000 thereafter) plus a monthly productivity bonus and flexible scheduling to support work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Active State Medical License.
• DEA registration and controlled substance credentials.
• Advanced Practitioner certification required; CPR/ACLS/PALS recommended.
• 1 year of full-time Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine experience preferred.

Responsibilities
