Job summary

Sturdy Memorial Hospital in Massachusetts is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to provide ambulatory care under physician supervision, coordinating with the care team and delivering services across all ages.

Requirements include a Master of Science in Nursing/Nurse Practitioner, MA NP licensure, CPR and 3–5 years of medical office experience, with strong English communication and organizational skills. This is a full-time, onsite position with a competitive salary range.

Job description

Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40

Coordinates and provides care for a group of patients spanning all age groups and cultures for a designated time frame using therapeutic means, the laboratory process, the environment/instrumentation and other health care team members while assuming responsibility and accountability for these patients; responsibilities are to provide patient care in an ambulatory care setting under the clinical supervision of a physician or MD within the guidelines of nursing process and nurse practitioner protocols as outlined in Patient Care Guidelines for Nurse Practitioners.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Training/Experience

• Graduate of an accredited school, master prepared with a degree as a Nurse Practitioner Massachusetts licensure.

Preferred Skills/Qualifications/Training/Experience

• Command of verbal and written English
• Operation of clinical equipment demonstrates clinical competence,
• Positive interpersonal communication skills and good organizational skills
• Three to five years medical office experience

Salary Range: $109,280.04-$171,079.79
