Job summary

UCLA Health is seeking Urgent Care Physicians to join practices in Santa Monica and Thousand Oaks. You will deliver urgent and convenience care, serving diverse patient populations, and collaborate with UCLA physicians.

This role supports all ages, with telehealth options and extended hours. Epic Systems will be used for charting in a leading academic health system with a strong reputation.

Qualifications

• Board Certified/Eligible in Family Medicine.
• California licensed or license-eligible.
• Must be comfortable with all ages, including young children.
• Ideal candidates will be comfortable with telehealth appointments, as needed.
• This role is flexible for an extended hours schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provide urgent care for all ages at Santa Monica and Thousand Oaks locations.
• Use Epic Systems for medical records and charting.
• Collaborate with UCLA faculty, fellows and residents at the David Geffen School of Medicine.
• Operate within UCLA Health's integrated patient-centered medical home model.

As an Urgent Care Physician with UCLA Health, UCan enjoy the close connection of community-focused patient care with the resources and reputation of one of the nation's leading health systems. We are seeking an Urgent Care Physicians for the following practices:

• Santa Monica
• Thousand Oaks

At UCLA Health, our Urgent Care centers provide acute as well as convenience care. Many of our patients are UCLA patients, so we are also mindful of ways to further the health of our patient population more generally. We are looking for a physician who is comfortable with all ages including young children, who enjoys the variety and acuity of an urgent care practice while also the pleasure of connecting with patients and collaborating with UCLA physician colleagues.

• Use your skills and experience as a Board Certified Physician to make it possible for UCLA Health to continue providing leading-edge patient care.
• Work with Epic Systems.
• Interact with leading academic faculty, fellows, and residents at the David Geffen School of Medicine.
• UCLA Health is an integrated health system, with a certified patient-centered medical home model.

The University of California, Los Angeles is required to provide an estimate of the salary range for this role. This range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions. Salary offers are determined based on candidate qualifications and experience. The target salary range for this position is 285,000.00-500,000.00 annual base salary. Productivity models, Quality Incentives, and additional income channels will be determined per the direction of the Medical Director.
