Job summary

Hoag Health System in Orange County, California, is seeking urgent care physicians to join our growing team. We offer a base salary with bonuses, comprehensive benefits, and relocation assistance.

Our clinics operate seven days a week with 12-hour shifts on weekdays and 8-hour shifts on weekends. Candidates should be MD/DO, Board Certified or Eligible in Family Medicine, hold or be eligible for active California medical license, and be proficient with Epic EMR.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
• Active California medical license or ability to obtain CA license.
• EMR proficiency in Epic highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide urgent care services to a diverse patient population.
• Treat patients of all ages, with a focus on high-quality, efficient care.
• Work 12-hour shifts on weekdays and 8-hour shifts on weekends in a high-volume setting.
• Collaborate with a team to deliver optimal patient outcomes.

• We are a high-volume practice seeking an energetic, self-starter who can work independently and contribute to the team environment.
• Full time position requires 144 hours over 4 weeks.
• Ability to work on weekends is required
• Urgent Care Clinics are open 7 days/week. 12 -hour shifts on weekdays and 8-hour shifts on weekends
• Some sites have extended hours
• Ages: Must be comfortable treating all ages
• Feel comfortable in a range of settings: small group office and large group organizational setting
• Must feel comfortable performing procedures in an acute setting
• EMR: Epic
• Artificial Intelligence Scribe (potential)

Qualifications Required:
