Job summary

Northeast Healthcare Recruitment is seeking physicians to join an urgent care practice in Aston, Pennsylvania. Openings include full-time and part-time positions with 10- or 12-hour shifts and a 36-hour workweek for full-time clinicians.

Start date is mid-January 2027 with strong clinical support and a collaborative team. Board eligibility in Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or Urgent Care is welcomed, with Pennsylvania licensure or eligibility required. CME allowances are provided.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or Urgent Care.
• Active Pennsylvania medical license or eligibility to obtain licensure before starting.
• Current DEA registration or eligibility to obtain.
• Strong clinical judgment and procedural skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide urgent care medical services in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Cover 10- or 12-hour shifts with flexible scheduling.
• Maintain high-quality patient care with strong teamwork.

Centers operate seven daysper week, from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., including weekends. Individual scheduleswill be coordinated based on center coverage needs and position type.
