Job summary

POSITION OVERVIEW

Zarminali Pediatrics is seeking compassionate and dedicated Pediatrician to join our Urgent Care team in Las Vegas (Henderson), NV. In this role, you will provide prompt, high-quality care to pediatric patients during evenings and weekends, addressing acute illnesses and injuries in a fast-paced setting. You’ll play a key role in delivering accessible, family-centered care while helping to shape a welcoming and supportive environment for our patients and their families.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Acute Pediatric Care: Providing timely evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for a wide range of non-emergent pediatric illnesses and injuries in a fast-paced urgent care setting
• Clinical Decision Making: Utilizing clinical judgement to determine appropriate interventions, diagnostic testing and follow-up plans for acute conditions.
• Family Centered Communication: Educating patients and families on diagnoses, treatment plans, and next steps with clarity and compassion
• Documentation: Ensuring thorough, timely, and accurate documentation of all patient encounters in accordance with clinical guidelines and regulatory standards.
• Collaboration: Partnering with support staff to deliver efficient, coordinated and high-quality care with an emphasis on safety and experience

WHAT YOU NEED:

• Board Certification in Pediatrics.
• Current and unrestricted Medical license to practice in Nevada.
• Current and unrestricted Nevada DEA license.
• Empathy towards patients, families and caregivers.
• At least 2 years of experience working in an pediatric or urgent care setting.
• BLS/ACLS Certification.
