Job summary

GoHealth Urgent Care is hiring a Full-Time Physician Assistant for our expanding team in the New York area. Candidates should have adult and pediatric urgent care experience and be comfortable with minor procedures, EKG interpretation, and X-ray reading.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-time experience in an urgent care or emergency medicine setting treating all ages (6 months and up).
• Comfortable with minor procedures (sutures, splints, etc.), reading EKGs and X-rays.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality urgent care with autonomy and mentoring as needed.
• Collaborate with on-site Rad Techs and Medical Assistants for patient vitals, meds, vaccinations and splints.
• Support flexible scheduling and potential rotation to other GoHealth Urgent Care locations.
• Contribute to a patient-centered experience with robust documentation in ECW EMR.
