Indigo Urgent Care, part of Indigo Health and a MultiCare Company, seeks a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a float role to support our Mill Creek Urgent Care clinics. You will work across clinics, delivering patient care at the top of your license while embracing a collaborative, innovative environment.

The position offers a full-time schedule (14 shifts per month) with 8am–8pm shifts and weekend/holiday rotation flexibility, and compensation potential of $200k+ as part of Indigo's

Qualificações

Washington license (active/good standing) by employment start.
DEA, NPI and prescriptive authority.
Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification (AHA).
Minimum 2 years clinical experience in UC/ED/FM.

Responsabilidades

Provide patient care at urgent care clinics as a float provider.
Collaborate with a team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
Support flexible weekend and holiday rotations.
