Job summary

Palm Careers is seeking an Open Access Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner for a primary care/urgent care role just outside Dover-Foxcroft, ME. The provider will see 11-15 patients per day and must be board certified with an active Maine license preferred. You will build your own patient panel and gradually work with autonomy.

Hours are Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with no weekends or call. Familiarity with Epic is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be Board Certified and hold an active Maine license is preferred.
• Ability to build and manage own patient panel.
• Comfortable seeing patients of all ages and providing comprehensive primary/urgent care.

Responsibilities

• Perform histories and physicals, medication management and new patient consults.
• See patients of all ages in a primary care/urgent care setting.
• Develop and maintain an autonomous patient panel.
• Utilize Epic for documentation and charting.
