Job summary

WellNow Urgent Care is growing across multiple states and seeks NPs or PAs to provide urgent care and occupational medicine. You will manage both adult and pediatric patients in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with a dedicated team to diagnose and treat a broad range of conditions.

We offer an onboarding program, ongoing CME, support, and benefits. A competitive hourly rate of $80/hour plus a monthly bonus is available, with comprehensive medical coverage and flexible scheduling options.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in emergency medicine or 18 months in a high-volume urgent care setting
• PA license in the state where applying is required
• NCCPA board certification required for Physician Assistant path
• AANP or ANCC certification required for Family Nurse Practitioner path

Responsibilities

• Work with a team to provide high‑quality urgent care and occupational medicine
• Manage adult and pediatric patients in a fast-paced setting
• Assist in accurate diagnosis and treatment of a broad range of conditions
• Contribute to a supportive medical community at WellNow
